In order to ensure our store is safe for both our staff and our customers, as well as ensuring we meet Government requirements for social distancing, we are only able to have a maximum of two customers in the store at a time. If you arrive and there are other customers in the store, we kindly ask that you wait outside. Our staff will assist you as soon as possible.
We have implemented additional cleaning of areas including our display and reception counters, door handles and EFTPOS machine. Our staff are using hand sanitizer regularly and we have made hand sanitiser available for customer use at our front counter.
On-Site Services (In-home Appointments)
Our on-site services are still available. Our technicians carry disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer and masks with them. Our technicians need to maintain a minimum distance of 1.5m from you at all times, so it may not be possible to have you sit with the technician or remain in the same room while the technician works on your computer.
We ask that you do not book an appointment if you or any member of your household or business has:
- travelled interstate within the past 14 days
- been in contact with a person who has been interstate within the past 14 days
- shown any symptoms including fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath
- visited any location listed by Queensland Health as a location a Covid postitive person has attended
