Using secure Remote Support software, we can connect to your computer over the internet to provide software troubleshooting and support. This software allows us a one-time connection to your computer so we can help you.

This service is suitable for:

  • Email issues
  • Software Issues (accounting software, business software ect)
  • Training and troubleshooting

This service may not be suitable for:

  • Hardware issues
  • Internet based issues
  • Peripheral issues (Troubleshooting issues with mice, microphones, webcams, keyboards ect)

How to Book

  • Step 1

    Call and speak with one of our team who will discuss your issue(s) and advise if Phone & Remote Support is appropriate.

  • Step 2

    Book your appointment online to reserve your technician and time slot

  • Step 3

    Download and run our secure remote support software here and have your ID and password ready. If you can’t locate this information your technician will help you at the start of your appointment.

Payment Options

Payment is collected at the time of booking. This initial payment covers up to 1 hour of a technicians time. If additional time is required your technician will process this with you at the end of your appointment.
