In our Ferny Hills workshop, our most popular service is our Assessment Service. This service is designed to bridge the gap between an unidentified problem and finding the best solution.

If you have a computer problem, but you don’t know what is causing it, or what is the best method to resolve it, this is the service you need! After collecting a description of the problem, we begin testing your computer on a hardware and a software level to identify the cause.

Once we have identified the cause of the issue, we contact you to discuss our findings and present you with all the information so you can make an informed decision on the best repair option. If additional parts or labour are required beyond the Assessment Service Fee, this is when we quote you with your options and discuss the various pros and cons of each option.

In a substantial number of situations, we are able to resolve your software issues within the assessment service, without any additional cost to you.

We want our customer’s to feel informed and empowered to manage their technology. Using our experience, tools, professional workshop and our well developed diagnostic processes we can provide you with the information you need to get up and working.
