I Just can’t thank you enough for building me a new and faster computer. Since being made redundant 4 weeks back (due to Covid-19), I’ve needed to attend many online Zoom meetings to look for employment and join online classes.

This was impossible as I couldn’t due to my old computer being 12+ years old, very slow and powering off due to being overheated.

I had every intention of heading out to buy a new one from a retail store, but was advised to look at local IT shops to have one built. So this is when I reached out to you after seeing so many “Great Reviews” on Google and other social media sites.

We are very impressed with the ongoing friendly and professional service of all the staff of Total IT. We live in Keperra which is close to Total IT in Ferny Hills.

My computer, purchased in March 2019, is an Intel (Core 17 Processor) desktop PC which was specifically tailored to my narrow desk. The process of purchasing the PC was seamless. We were visited prior to purchase to check our requirements and the location where the machine was to be put. When the machine was available, our obliging consultant set a mutually agreed time and he managed the process very professionally. Files were downloaded, the machine was physically installed (with all leads and surge protection sorted with ease), then test procedures were carried out prior to software being installed and requested files (from the old machine) were re-installed. The consultant gladly removed packing materials and the old PC.

We were very happy with the price and payment method offered by Total IT.

I did have a query some months later (with the mouse/keyboard connection) but, a quick trip to the shop in Ferny Way and a talk to Ashley, made the solution very easy.

My husband also had a new PC and is very happy with the service from Total IT. We have been happy to make a recommendation to my brother at Petrie, who has also purchased a laptop and is exceptionally satisfied with the service he received.

Having spent numerous years trying to find a decent computer retailer/repairer for the system I had at the time, I thought I had found one and bought a new computer. This then had continual problems and I was frequently taking it back to where I bought it where it would be in the shop for days and sometimes weeks on end and, upon pick-up, would play up again. This happened for the next three years until the warranties ran out and they were wanting me to pay.

At that time in 2011, Total IT opened up their shop near me so, when the above system failed yet again, I took it to them who identified several problems with the system. It was fixed and ready in a couple of days and was absolutely brilliant. Over the next five years, I only had occasion to drop it back for a virus clean three times but the system itself worked perfectly.

When it came time to get a new computer and relegate the above to a “back up” computer in 2013, I had absolutely no qualms going to Total IT to get one. This computer is still functioning perfectly and hasn’t been in the shop for the last three years – the last time being in 2017 for a faulty power supply.

I have since bought another two computers from Total IT – another “main” computer for me in 2017 and also, with the advent of Windows 10, another for my Mother. When they have encountered problems over the years, I have taken all of my family’s computers down there and it seems no problem is too great – they tend to stay fixed!

I am greatly impressed with the knowledge and customer service of Ashley, Aaron and Sarah and have full confidence in their abilities.
